Waited 30 min in parts for someone to acknowledge I was there. Paid for a paint pen that wasn’t in stock by will “be here tomorrow”. Never received the phone call I was told I would receive when the part arrived. Called up there. Dude had no clue where the paint pen was. Told me it’ll be in Thursday. Thanks for wasting my time, energy, and money, Tell your team to do better or find more help. Slack. Do not recommend
I have owned 10 BMW's over the last 10 years. I have been to the BMW Welt in Munich three times. To say I am a fan of this brand would be an understatement. I have dealt with 6 BMW dealers over the years so I have learned what to expect in terms of service. So far my two interactions with the service department here have been that they are dismissive. you only get good service if your Caucasian. Totally ignored my daughter and her boyfriend that wanted to service their bmw!!!
Took my car in because it was making a super loud, very distinct sound and also had a loss of power. They “looked” at it and told me nothing was wrong, that there was no loss of power and that the sound was my air intake(the sound did not sound like an intake at all lol.) A day later I took the vehicle to an indy shop and within 30 minutes they told me exactly what was wrong with the car and also let me know a few other things that could be replaced.
Service department customer service needs some help or rearranging. Blonde girl was clueless.
