"Great, BUT" The over 2.5 hour wait to see the finance person killed the excitement of getting a new car. We came 3 hours to purchase the car at 5pm and left the dealership just before 9pm. Making for a very long day. Heading down the highway I noticed the gas tank wasn’t full, so another stop! I was reimbursed, but for a high end car dealership, this was a big mistake. "Great purchase experience" When searching for my second BMW, I pretty much knew what I wanted. Max located a car that met my requirements, gave us a great price and got the car moved to Silver Spring in a few days. "Rock solid operation" I’ve been with this dealership for over 10 years and they’re outstanding. We had a situation that could have easily gone south but general manager Matt is an honest, stand-up guy who was quick to resolve.
