"Very Satisfied" My sales Rep, Lonnie Overby was very knowledgeable an patient. He answered all of my questions, helps set up my phone via Bluetooth and familiarized me with Sirius Radio. He offered me options and comparisons. End the end, I was very satisfied with my purchase.

"My experiance was really ok at the dealership" I knew I was going to buy a new car on Wednesday, I went to the dealership on Automobile Blvd., in Silver Spring, MD., because of the number of different dealerships. The first place I stopped was at the BMW dealership. I was met by Ron Askew, and he was very pleasant. I told him what I wanted. "Transparent and straight to the point" In the auto sales business, there are dishonest salesmen who hope that you are not able to calculate the sales tax, and there are honest salesmen who are transparent about costs and who are on the up and up. "Dealer was great to work with" I worked with Alejandro and he was great to work with. I wanted to test drive the new M340ix and he found the car on the lot for me to test drive even though they were hard to come by since they only had two in stock and these were the first two cars the dealer received two days before I showed up.
