"Night and day experience here at BMW of Sliver Spring...." Night and day experience here at BMW of Sliver Spring. After having the pleasure of working with Steve Gluck, I was able to have a turn-around experience with my BMW purchase. Steve's professionalism and mannerism should be mirrored by his colleagues. Steve and Miguel were able to proactively remedy and provide solutions to my concerns. I am now the proud owner of a X3 and this would have not been possible without Steve.

"I did purchase a certified pre owned X 5 from the..." I did purchase a certified pre owned X 5 from the dealership. I traded in a car. Although the process was slow they did the best they could to speed it along. When they brought the car around , the radio did not work and it needed a new amp . I could not take delivery but they gave me a loaner and delivered the car to my home 3 days later ,They handled the problem .They were very professional. I would buy a car from the dealership again.
