We had a great experience with the sales rep Janelle Rosario. We went into BMW to look at some new models x6. She immediately came to us and took us around and showed us all the different cars he had. She took as on a test drive and discuss with us the features benefits and advantages of each car. We had our heart set on the Model X 6. We went into the office and discuss the different plans that BMW had available. I got a lease of an X4, besides it being an amazing car the attention I got from South motors was exepctional. I went car shopping to 3 different BMW dealers around Miami and I have to say South Motors is the only dealer that is interested in making you happy and getting what you want, instead of just trying to get your money like all other dealers. You can see how all the people who work there are professionally trained sales people.

Took my car with a battery issue and the dealer offered a loaner which I really needed at the moment. Not only they fixed the battery issue but also corrected some codes ln the computer and gave me back the car so clean it look like new It is a pleasure to drive my car again after I picked it up from the dealer My service advisor Danny Davila was very helpful and kept me informed at all times Thank you again for your time and service
