Went to South Motors BMW for location convenience and stayed for huge selection and costumer service. Over there i Met Kelvin Castro, my sales man, he is Excellent! very patience, never pushy as a sales man but always looking for smart alternatives which really helped me to get the deal done. He is very knowledgeable of the product he is selling and always gave me different alternatives to choose from. I totally recommend you to go there and ask for Kelvin Castro if you want your car shopping experience to be the best ever.
Timing is everything. I walked into South Motor BMW with my wife a week or so ago and was greeted by a sales lady by the name of Ginele Rosario. Ginele answered all the questions we had, showed us all the cars we were interested in and took us on test drive. Been going to South Motors for years on 3 of my last BMWs. Always been working with Danny Davila. He has always strived to make it a pleasant expierence and educate me exactly on what is going on with my car. Sometimes unexpected repairs do come up and he has always tried to help both financially and inform me on what's going on. Highly recommended.
My husband has purchased several BMW's for himself and has always been happy with service and salesmanship. We recently purchased a mini cooper for our daughter, the sales man which helped us, Alex Palacios, was outstanding!! Not only did he help us this time but he also helped us 3 years ago with the purchase of our first Mini Cooper. Alex is not only a gentleman, great sales person, but, very patient and through. I have recommended Alex in the past and will continue to do so.
