I went to the dealership just to see a couple of models before I decide what car I want. I was met by the receptionist, Christina, who was energetic and friendly. I walked in at 4pm on a Sunday and walked out at 7:15 with a new Mini Countryman. The numbers quoted to me within the first 10 minutes of my visit were the same numbers when I signed the agreement. I never felt pressured, stressed or sat for long periods of time waiting desperately as has been my experience in other dealerships. It was what car shopping should be.
