"Michelle was great! " Michelle’s enthusiasm was contagious! She went above and beyond to ensure that I found a car that included the features I was wanting in the price point I was hoping for. Service from all was great.
"Quick and to the point." I walked into this dealership looking for a good deal on a certain vehicle. I walked out, a lot sooner than I expected, with an awesome deal on a well priced BMW X5. No haggling over pricing or accessories and was never pressured to accept any deal but the right deal for me. So far no problems, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Michelle Newland is definitely a cut above, very knowledgeable regarding her product line.
"Always pleasant " I always have a great experience at Moss BMW. They are always so friendly and take the time to meet your needs. The waiting area is very comfortable with a variety of complimentary refreshments.

"Great Experience" Michelle went over and beyond to win my business. I will admit that my initial plan was to test drive it, but buy elsewhere. "Awesome!" What a dealership! Service is outstanding. From the “greeter” to the service technician all are attentive, polite, and happy! Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
