I bought my second BMW X6 from this,dealership due to the customer service. My saleswoman answered all of my questions before i asked them and understood my time constraints. She responded to my emails and made helpful suggestions about what i needed not what i wanted. She was,more interested in me being a repeat customer over any other considerations. I knew i wanted another BMW and as long as she is there my next BMW will come from this dealership.
Michelle was great! This is not the first time we've dealt with Moss motors and will not be the last! We had a tight budget, specific needs, and Michelle delivered. Looking forward to our next purchase from her and Moss!
