This was the BEST and most comfortable car purchasing experience I have ever had. Mark Martin was a Godsend. He was personable, knowledgeable and VERY honest. Mark went above and beyond his call of duty. He sealed the deal for me and I would HIGHLY recommend him and the Moss team to anyone looking to purchase a certified/Pre-owned BMW or Mercedes.

First experience with Moss was shortly following relocation. Got in and out efficiently, price for service was reasonable, and customer experience was great. Returned recently to trade that vehicle, and had yet another great experience working with sales, management and finance. They made the deal easy, provided a valuable trade, and got me into the car I wanted. Simple. Quick. Enjoyable.

I was getting ready to turn my lease car in (another model) and was looking for a replacement. Mark showed me several different cars that were within my budget. I found one I liked and was very interested, then the X4 came onto the lot. Mark let me take it for a test drive even though it was not serviced. I liked the car and Mark had the car serviced, certified, and a new set of tires installed. I purchased the car. Mark me feel at ease and the whole proscess was pleasure.
The sales employee,Michelle, was very smart, had a great personality, knew everything to know about the vehicles and even helped me get connected on my iPhone to the app!! Otherwise I probably wouldn't have done the app!! She was always there when I had questions and text me whenever I needed something. She is awesome and amazing...great sales person!!!
All I have to say is I love my new car!! It drives like a champ!! My customer service experience was excellent, right along with the sales person that sold me the car! She was great!! I would recommend anyone to drive a BMW, and to go moss motors in Lafayette LA!! You will get a great deal on what ever car you want!!
