"Excellent Service Dept experience " It's never pleasant to have your AC go out in southern Louisiana. First issue with my 2014 535i. Dropped the vehicle at Moss Motors on Memorial Day and received outstanding customer service from Kevin Boullard. Vehicle was diagnosed and repaired timely and what a surprise to receive 20% off the bill. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way! AC is blowing Cold......I will definitely use Moss Motors for my service needs.
