Good communication I'm in a preliminary search for a used car. I contacted BMW of Houston North to ask some questions about a car I saw on Cars.com. Their internet sales was very quick to reply and actually followed up with my additional answers. I have found that most dealers ignore out of town customers.

BMW repair My car was towed to the dealership leaking fuel. By that afternoon, they had diagnosed the problem, a leaking fuel line. They ordered the part and made repairs so that I had the car by the next day.
