Service/Warranty Repair My Service Advisor, Jermey Gold, was very attentive to my needs and ensured I was scheduled for an appointment as quickly as possible. It is always a pleasure working with Jeremy and his Service Manager, Mrs. Waddell. Their are very professional in their approach to the customer, ensuring the customer feels they are important and want to help them resolve any issues with their vehicle. It is a pleasure working with them, each time have to bring in one of our BMWs for service.

New car purchase Excellent customer service provided by Phil Crosby and the rest of the team, but very long wait to complete the purchase due to limited number of finance staff.

BMW X4 Good overall, but had to wait 15 minutes for an advisor and the service was 1.5 hours in addition, so turned into a long visit
