Service review My only complaint is I would have thought headlight check would have been done under safety but I noticed the night after service one of my driving lights was out. Also we had discussed fixing two small dents but they were not done but can do next time.

Great Used Car - Jury Still Out Great used car! However not ready when I purchased. Had to make another trip to Houston the following week. When I left with car, the low tire pressure signal came on. I immediately call sales guy. Got info needed to reset TPS after verifying psi on tires. Results pending.

Exceptional Customer Service Happy, Happy, Happy! Exceptional customer service. Herb Manning provided an incredible buying experience, and Jorge Martinez was amazing on the finance side. Best car shop experience ever! If you are looking for a luxury car, must to check with the BMW of North Houston location. The sale rep. Sean Tombross was very nice and patient to looking for the right car for me. Their goal is to build and keep a long term relationship with their customer but the sales push. Trust me, you will love it!

2014 Bmw 320i My car had two small cracks in the the windshield and damage to the driver door handle but other than that it?s in good condition
Great results All Good, took the car was repairs and was done in timely manner. They drop my car to my home as well.
