BMW of Houston North Service Department My Service Advisor was very attentive to my needs in addressing an issue with my BMW X6 M50i. As soon as I called them about a potential electronic issue or the associated programming, they immediately requested that I bring my vehicle in. They expeditiously worked their loaner car situation, so that I could depart, after dropping off my vehicle for servicing. 540i Purchase TJ and Nick were exceptional! TJ went out of his way to explain each vehicles strengths so it was easy for me to decide which one worked best for me. Then he went out of his way to find just the one that I wanted.
