Rader Evans is the absolute BEST!!!! Rader Evans is the only reason that I go to BMW Of North Houston. He is knowledgeable about all services and products. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a positive experience. I WILL NOT LEAVE MY VEHICLE WITH ANYONE BUT RADER EVANS. BMW of Houston North Service Erick is a great service advisor. Understood what I needed and made good additional recommendations. Provided a nice loaner car and work was completed by my requested time. Car was delivered clean inside and outside when picked up.
