Mark was an excellent salesman! Mark was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and patient since we weren't certain what we wanted. The only issue was, we found a car and just as we were about to start negotiating, we found out the car was being traded to another dealership. So we had to start all over.

Positive buying experience I recently purchased a used vehicle from the BMW Houston North dealership and it was a smooth, pleasant process. Car repair Tony Townley is the most reliable,dependable, knowledgable manager I know. He arranged to have my car repaired on site. The experience could not have been better. The technician Luis was on time , knowledgable ,pleasant , and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased. Thank you for a great experience.
