purchase used at BMW north houston Rae the sales advisor was great to work with. Straight forward and no nonsense. The only complaint, not his fault, is the lengthy time I had to wait til everything was complete. I was there almost 4 he's to buy my car out which was originally leaned.
Bought BMW 6 series on line Internet Manager was uninformed, and made mistakes. The Pre Owned Manager told us the car had a couple cosmetic problems, but said they were fixed and the car was pristine. He neglected to tell us each chrome wheel had corrosion and ALL the metal trim had its finish was oxidized and gone. We have 3 BMWs and this is the first time we have bought a car from a dealership sight unseen.
