Satisfied Service Experience I brought in my 435i for its periodic service. The reception process was quick and the shuttle was about to take me home when the inspection of the car revealed an oil leak. They gave me a courtesy loaner without any delay since they would keep the car overnight. All the required work was performed and my car was ready the next morning. It is of note that the loaner was a 2019 model?good marketing ploy to familiarize existing BMW owners to the new models
