BMW N Houston Dealership and car Shaun was our salesman and he did a fine job, he was polite and did his best to make sure we were comfortable and that the process moved along quickly. Repair/service Eduardo was very patient and attentive to our needs. Although the situation could have pivoted a different direction, he remained sensitive to our customer concerns. In no time I was in a loaner. Eduardo has good communication skills with customers.

BMW i3 purchase at AutoNation Buying a BMW i3 at BMW of Houston North was an unexpected pleasure. Daniel Guevara was my salesman and was a low pressure guy who was very knowledgeable about the all-electric i3. I special ordered the car and he was perfect in that process. It came in as ordered. Delivery was a breeze. While this car is very different from any car I've ever owned, he has made it simple.
