Flawless customer service I purchased my first BMW over the internet, thorough BMW of Houston North. The staff displayed a level of customer service that was truly Impecable. I had requested for everything that needed to be done be completed, prior to my arrival, as I would be making a four hour drive to pick up the car. Excellent Car Buying Experience I had a great experience here from start to finish. TJ made the sales experience enjoyable without an inkling of pressure for me to buy. He was knowledgeable and fun to converse with--a great guy! He handed me off to Kali in the finance department, and she was able to get me very low interest financing and some sizeable discounts on the car. She was similarly knowledgeable and fun to converse with. In the end, I drove off with a car that fits me perfectly.
