2006 525i They are. Doing a great job during all of that construction.
Repair for airbag recall Jeffery and the service was great. Cannot say the same about scheduling the appointment. The first lade was great and helplful but I could not reach a time that worked for me. When I called back the second lady did nor believe that my part was in and would not schedule the appointment, even though I told her I had a letter statinso and the first lady had already checked with parts, This caused undue time for both, because of several followup phone calls.
BMW Houston North Always a great experience at this dealership. Jeremy Gold is an awesome service advisor.

Great experience Great experience. Austin Oxener was great and I ended up getting a better price with a much better experience than the other BMW dealership I was dealing with. Was definitely worth the short drive up 45.
BMW North Car Service Raider, my service rep is the best. He knows me, asks how I'm doing and is always attentive and upfront with me about service and repairs needed.
