Great service Blinking lights on car meant service required. Called BMW made easy appointment. They put in key and it told them immediately reason for blinking lights. Oil change and repair of rear light and air bag replacement. Transportation home provided by delightful driver in new car. Repairs completed and payment experience was clear. Great service on engine replacement My BWW X5 was flooded because of recent flash flood. My service advisor, Jeremy Gold of BMW of Houston North took care of the problem superbly and handled the issues with insurance company. The engine was replaced with a reconditioned as approved by the insurance and BMW took care of the computer issues. My car is running great and I am happy.

Happy 2017 X3 Owner! I drove from the Mansfield to Houston based on a referral from a friend and the trip was well worth it. The entire experience from start to finish was EXCELLENT! My salesperson Lee Bowles was phenomenal!!! Even though the main offices were being renovated, the temporary space was very clean & comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a BMW!
