A real pleasure. I purchased my 2016 435i from BMW North Houston on 08/10/2016 and am over the moon with the experience which was both pressure and hassle free. We dealt with Austin Oxener and could not be more pleased. He is knowledgeable and excited about BMW and I never felt ?sold to?. Great Service Service was good.The dealership location is being renovated and that was a bit inconvient, however I received the same good service as always. I had taken my car in for regular maintenance and it was discovered that my radiator was leaking which required that I would need to be given an unscheduled loaner car. The loaner process was quick and easy.
