I've never been disappointed with the service I've received at Rick Hendrick BMW --- and I've been a customer about ten years.
Absolutely the worse customer service in my 40 years of owning vehicles.

I came in the dealer to have my car serviced on a Saturday and got service advisors with attitude. They couldn't find my info in the system because my car was bought in Germany and shipped back. Short story is bad attitude. Nevertheless, I got a coffee and decided to walk around the lot while my car was serviced. Not a single sales agent said hello or offered to help. Not the quality work or customer service that you would expect from a “luxury” car dealership. Full of excuses, constantly cancelling and rescheduling appointments, and over 2 months later have yet to have the job finished that was promised when I️ purchased the car. They’ll kiss your backside until the sale is made, and after that - good luck getting anything done. The Rick Hendrick name isn’t what it used to be.
You might expect to get top-notch sales and service at a luxury automobile dealership and you'd be right. Nevertheless, I've had such poor service from other dealerships I don't take it for granted. I'm glad to say that Rick Hendrick BMW has given me no reason to ever look elsewhere for my automotive needs!
