UPDATE: TWO weeks later after two trips to the dealership to talk to both the sales manager and service manage and ZERO progress toward resolving the issue. It has now been 41 days and counting for this issue. I received a car through Rick Hendrick a couple weeks ago. It took 16 phone calls over 2 weeks in order to get ONE return call. When I was told the car was ready for pick up I arrived at the dealership and had to wait an additional hour and a half. After that was done the car had 4 miles left on the tank. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my life, brought it in 4 times and each time told the tech what was wrong and they told me it wasn't, well guess who ended up being right? Me, also I had a CEL and the quickest appointment they could get me was almost a week later, so they expected me to drive around with my car not functioning properly for almost a week? Terrible customer service, all around awful dealership, will never deal with Rick hendrick bmw again as long as I live!

Service department is terrible, that is main why I'm a former BMW owner. When you have turned over the entire staff in the last two years what are the customers supposed to think? luxury cars owners deserve luxury service.
My advice is to avoid this place. Long story short, they misdiagnosed an issue with my car...charged me $450 to "fix" it...TRIED to charge me another $2,000 to perform additional work (which would have been unnecessary), which I declined...and, as it turns out, had missed "probably THE most obvious cause of that issue", according to a reputable BMW dealer up north, who charged me only $120 total to fix it properly.
