Last night our 2016 228i convertible warning lights came on, showing no rear brake lights, no turn signal, no back up lights. We used the BMW emergency button to find out what to do. They said our local service was closed but opens Sat at 8am. This morning the service department tells me they don't have any service techs today and none on Monday, so I have a car that can't be driven for 5 days due to a 1 day holiday. This is nuts! Quick to disappoint once again. Always the excuses. The service is discouraging and can't seem to get things right on the first visit. I am not one to usually comment but this has become a familiar pattern every time I need work done on my car. Not what you would expect from a BMW dealership.

Sales department great and friendly!!!!!! Service department is horrible! I have a recall on my vehicle it's been over a year and the problem is still not fixed! I am trying to sale my vehicle and can't because of the recall!! They won't have the part in until "spring"! A recall is not my fault it's BMWS ! It says over 8 million + cars have been repaired from this recall but not mine!! I will never deal with rick Hendricks again!! This has to be one of the worst service department I have ever had to deal with in my life we made an appointment to bring in my daughter's car to be repaired at 8:30 yesterday finally ended up calling about 11 o'clock because we didn't hear anything back they said they didn't know anything about it even though they had emailed an appointment confirmation back they finally get the car in sometime around 1 o'clock I had to call two more times with no return phone calls and no answers from their service manager to finally get ... read more

Rick Hendrick BMW you can thank your sales manager Florens Verstraten for making my bad experience better. After the experience I had on the last car, Florens called and apologized for what happened and did what he could to make the issue go away.

I have been struggling with keeping air in passenger rear tire in my NEW X1,. Upon arrival, I was not greeted at my car, and I watched 4 service employees just sitting behind their desk looking up at the ceiling . This department needs better employees, coupled with training on how to deal with its customers, and represent the brand. I am still awaiting the tire to be filled, it's over 30 minutes and counting. I am on my second Mini Cooper and I would never purchase from this dealership. Service is horrible, service staff is rude, inconsiderate and don't do their jobs. I needed roadside assistance and was in a bad neighborhood for more than three hours. I called them after two hours and told them my phone was dying and was placed on hold for twelve minutes. Sad thing was that I was only three miles away from dealership.

Our first BMW was a leased X5 from this location, that was a great experience. As we were told, everything would be, and was taken care of the entire time. This year we purchased a 2015 X6. We love the car. We experienced an issue with a door rattle. The service department had the car for 5 days, as the part was on order. They gave us a loner during that entire time.
