He were really transparent about everything; never felt like I was being taken advantage of, being up-sold to, or pressured into getting anything done that wasn't necessary. It helps that the car is under warranty, but even if it wasn't, I'd pay out of pocket for the premium service and not having to deal with shady car shops.
