I travelled past two other BMW dealerships that are closer, to try this one, because of the great reviews I had been hearing. I was not disappointed. My service rep Marco, was excellent, was professional and helped make the trip easy and worth while. I will definitely going back.

He has earned my trust and business that's why I have already bought four 5 Series cars from him. His success is built on building relationships with old and new customers. I had my oil changed and also needed a small paint job to cover a few places. The visit took a little longer than expected due to the added paint job, and Eric was very accommodating. I live closer to other dealers but would travel the long distance to work with a Service Advisor like Eric.
