A Noise OK I had a "noise" thinking it could be the Pwr Strg Pump. Jay Vinard got me in, tried to diagnose, could find nothing wrong. Offered me a ride with the shop foreman, great guy, years of experience, this is where i feel like an idiot....It was road noise from my new tires!!! Plus they did not charge me for this. I will always come back to DeFouw, you ARE MY dealer.
Excellent service. Very polite staff. When my Traverse was being serviced at Estero Chev in Florida, they provided customers with regular and decaf coffee, orange juice and tea along with bananas, cookies and breakfast rolls. I am waiting for Defouw to achieve this level.
Great Service, Friendly Atmosphere My purchasing experience was remarkable. The process was smoother than I ever would have expected. It helped that the staff at DeFouw's was so friendly. Even the sales folks who weren't directly involved with my purchase. Everyone there made me feel important. I have already recommended DeFouw's to a couple of my friends who are looking to purchase new vehicles in the near future.

Great service This is the first time in over a year I was able to get in the day I called to have my car serviced. In the past, I had to wait at least one week just to get an oil change. Your service has always been great, but an added bonus was not to have to wait a week to get the oil change.
Amazing Customer Service I was very impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the DeFouw Chevrolet employees. They took the time to answer all my questions and took the time to get to know my needs as an individual customer. I would highly recommend them.
Service Consultant was fantastic! I was stressed that my auto that was 2 months old was shutting off and Jay reassured me that they would make it right. The vehicle was done in a timely manner and the shuttle driver was very pleasant
