Great Service and perfomance This was my first time dealing with the service dept. I called Friday to schedule an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The gentlemen said they don't do appointments on Saturdays and that it is a first come, first serve bases. I brought my vehicle up to the dealership that night and was able to drop my key in the overnight box. I figured I wouldn't get a call til noon, but at 8:30 am I received a nice phone call saying that my car was done and ready to get picked up! Awesome! Th... read more

Recall fixed, no problems, in and out. My experience involved a recall. I was in and out in an hour. No problems, just the recall problem fixed and I was done. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

Always recommend DeFouw! Overall a great dealer experience. I used the AM Shuttle, I roamed the showroom while waiting, and the car was serviced quickly and professionally. I have ALWAYS been fond of DeFouw. If every dealership was as good as DeFouw, I think GM would be the leading auto-manufacturer in North America!
