Taking time to care about customer needs I live out of town and usually make a day of it, not minding the wait while my oil is changed. This time I had multiple errands to run because I was in a wedding a few days later. I asked about a vehicle to use ,but I think the loner ones were all being used. BUT Marc, knowing I usually wait, did me a HUGE favor and put me in a car. I am so THANKFUL that he understood my need and helped me. This is why I am glad I came here for my car. Great Service I came in for the accidental key rotation recall for the 2012 Impala. The service was finished in about 35-40 minutes, which was faster than the anticipated time. Fast service is always an asset and is appreciated.
