Everyone was professional and presented without any pressure to purchase a vehicle or add on unneeded services. Just happened that I walked into the dealership to see the BMW X5 for the first time and fell in love with it. The rest is history!

It was a good experience. The car was really cleaned up and ready to go when we arrived.
Service by Maria was very good. She was always on top of it and informed me of every step. The negative was the waiting time for just an Oil change. It was a little more than 2 hours and I rejected the car wash which could take another 20 minutes on top. I believe an oil change should not take longer as 45 to 55 minutes in total. This is my experience with other dealers.
Good customer service, really on time, very good experience, I would definitely recommend it to everyone., very satisfied!!
