Always receive great service when I bring my vehicle in for service. Zack, my service coordinator, was punctual& helped review what was needed. Took extra care to take care of a few extra things needed.
Really convenient service, Nicole help me a lot with the car I like from the start and I was able to work with her on everything. Really accommodating service I would say. Great staff all around even on the service dept. and the finance was a smooth process.
Salesman was great he gave us what we asked for our trade in there was no haggling

Maria does a great job of communicating and following through on all aspects of potential service and needs. She is outstanding and an asset for BMW Sarasota. My one critique is the pricing or repairs which continue to increase. A 2015 BWM coming in for routine scheduled maintenance of oil change and brake fluid, should not equate to a $2000 bill (faulty thermostat, parking brake cable, etc).
