Carlos is a “first class” service advisor and I feel very confident when working with him. I also love the video walk around with the technician.
Good service. Had to get 4 new tires. Wait was going to be way longer than expected because they were so busy. I appreciate BMW hooking me up with a free rental car for 4-5 hours until job was completed.
