"Beautiful facility and very inviting atmosphere. Eddie..." Beautiful facility and very inviting atmosphere. Eddie made purchasing a certified pre owned BMW a pleasure. No pressure and he listened and addressed my concerns. The first time we stopped by to “browse” the CPOs, Tim Chestnut was very kind and asked if we had any questions. I’d met Eddie in the past and I asked Tim if Eddie was working. Tim must have let Eddie know we were “browsing” the lot!

I appreciated the loaner but the X3 loaner was terrible. Gear selection was a mystery. No one explained how to the darn thlng in and out of park. Did not track well on I75. Again, I appreciated the loaner and am stick shift experienced driver but this thing was dangerous.
