I called my service writer Tiffany Ferrara last week to find out if I could send her a video capturing a noise that was coming from the front grill area. Even though it was her day off she immediately texted me back and instructed me to either drive the car in if the noise had stopped or have it towed. "Jack was great from the time he took my call regarding my..." Jack was great from the time he took my call regarding my interest in a CPO X5 vehicle that was in stock. He was super responsive and gave me all the info I requested quickly which led to me driving from St Petersburg to see the car.
