I was told I would have to wait an additional hour to have my car washed. I declined the offer since I had already waited 2 hours. Comfortable waiting room. Scott Gould was my advisor.

The person assigned to be our concierge came to the lounge to pick us up. We went to his office where we discussed the vehicle and what our expectations for the visit.
