"Everything went well and as planned" As stated everything went well. I wish that on a Saturday morning ESPN could have been on the television. They didn't have to wash the vehicle.

"Expert service" BMW of Sarasota service department continues to exceed all expectations. My service advisor, Carlos Munoz, is excellent. He is courteous, competent and patient. I trust his recommendations 100% and my 16 year-old 5-series has never run better. I am also pleased with the thorough and capable repairs performed by the service technicians. "Great deal on service but long wait " This is my 2nd time at BMW of Sarasota taking advantage of oil change specials they do. I have an older BMW, an E39 5 series that I work on myself mostly. I had two service specialists, Jorge I only chatted with briefly but Carlos I talked to a little more and he seemed really well informed on E39s. The wait was longer than when I had Fernando the previous time I was there, but they had the college football game on TV and a nice array of snacks and drinks including hot tea and comfy lea... read more
