"Service" Tiffany was great. Good tech service. Love the real time video. Good experience, not to long of a wait. I am out of words now.

"Great service " Derek Thomas never fails me! He’s fantastic! He gets my car in for service and gets me on my way as fast as possible. He’s great to work with and definitely an asset to BMW. The service technician was patient and kind. He was knowledgeable and totally competent. Great experience.

"Great experience!!" We bought a pre-owned Tahoe from there and the entire process was fantastic. Susan Gatlin was our sales rep, she was very professional, but so nice and friendly. She did not pressure us, but kept in touch to see if there were any questions or anything she could do to further assist us. JP, our finance guy, explained everything to us, and again, was professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealer and will certainly be calling them when we are in the market for another vehicle. Kerry N

"A+ professional attention from Mr.Muñoz." Out shopping on Thanksgiving Eve my car died at WF parking lot. Got a jump start & drove into the service department 1 hour before closing for a new battery. Mr. Muñoz took care of it without hesitation...extremely courteous. Apologize for not being able to do a car wash because of the tight time factor. By the time car was finished even the cashier was gone, and Muñoz took care of closing the invoice. "Carlos always goes above and beyond ! " Brought my car in to get my wheels rims repaired and Carlos always goes the extra mile. He made sure everything was fixed correctly and when My car was completed late Thanksgiving eve .and I couldn’t get there to pick it up, Rather than have me wait Carlos drove my car to me after he finished working a long day

"Very pleased" Derek (service advisor) did a great job. Prompt, pleasant and professional. Only had my oil changed and tires rotated and they even washed and vacuumed my car!
