"BMW Recall Takata Air Bag" Outstanding customer service! Carlos was quick to meet with me, comprehensive in explaining the work to be done and very professional through the entire process. The Tech sent me a video detailing key measure on the car including tires and breaks. I loved the video!

"Recall" Talked to service manager Greg Jones who put me in contact with my service advisor Tiffany to schedule work to be done on my vehicle. I threw a few more things at them to look at while it was in for service and they were very accommodating. They had a loaner vehicle ready for me without wait. Very happy with the whole team. Including the technician/s that performed the work!
