Naycolle Wright is absolutely amazing. She is a true business professional who makes the car buying/leasing experience a pleasant one. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. The team at BMW sarasota works well together and everyone is in a great mood when I am there. Top leadership staff even takes the time to say hello and have conversations with customers. Jeff Smith in the service department is fantastic. I ask for him if I have any problems and he takes care of it right away.
