I have often been put off at high end dealerships by the air of pretentiousness that prevails. No so here. My salesman, Rich Liammari made me feel welcome from the first handshake. I didn't buy until my third visit. Never any pressure from Rich. The X-5 5.0 has exceeded all my expectations as have the people at Sarasota BMW.

Although the process was very long, knowing that ahead of time and being a resident of Florida, both Eric and Jesus went to the ants degree to make us happy. We appreciate their attentiveness to all of our needs and so far very happy with the car !

I would like to recognize the stellar partnership from Tatiana Bourey, Client Advisor at BMW of Sarasota. Tatiana took her time getting to know my husband, my son, and me by being very personable and relatable. Her skill in finding out exactly what the client is looking for, and matching the product to the client is above and beyond! Best car buying experience! Everyone at this dealership every step of the way made us feel important. No pressure or run arounds. Eric was patient with us and very straight forward. Humbert was on top of everything and helpful. Jesus keep me informed. I am so glad we decided to come here. I am very thankful they made it happen for me. :)

My salesperson, Chris S. was most professional and a straight shooter. Listened to what I was saying and made the deal happen with help from his management team. Didn't end up buying because we couldn't agree on a monthly payment that was close to $300 m, but Tatiana was awesome tried everything she could do to get the deal done, always responded right away, when ready I'll end up buying a vehicle from her.

Chris Siriphokha is a good listener. He was attentive to our requirements for a used car and interested in and responsive to all our comments.. His excellent communication skills put us at ease in the decision making process, so that all we had to do was decide which car was right for us. He had positive, useful answers to all our questions.
