Tatiana Bourey was wonderful!! If not for her, I probably would not have bought a car sight unseen; she was my eyes! We corresponded via email and telephone; she was responsive, courteous and very thorough in answering all of my questions. Used car salesmen generally have a bad rap but after my very first conversation with Tatiana I felt totally at ease with the process and my purchase. She went above and beyond! I was surprised to get a call from Seth Rodgers that my 5 1/2- week old car needed to come in for a recall. He assured me that safety was not involved. BMW wanted to re-program the car "for better efficiency." My only complaint is that Seth did not have any specific information, except to say I probably wouldn't even notice the changes as it concerned internal functions. Luís Montiel was our sales person, and he was fantastic!!! Very patient, and did everything in his power to find us the right vehicle and the best deal, without he usual sales pressure encountered at other dealers. In the end, our best deal was with BMW of Sarasota. Highly recommend if you want to deal with people who really care.
