One of the best BMW dealerships ever, I would say. I always read horror stories of terrible service, inexperienced mechanics, and untrustworthy sales people online, but every time I enter the vicinity of this dealer I have a positive attitude knowing that I'll be treated with respect and care--which is hard to say of other dealerships in general. Sales persons are easy to work with as well. Thank you!
Upon first entering this dealership we were greeted with friendly faces and professional dispositions. They asked if they could help us and if we wanted any refreshments. I am "beyond happy" with the attention my wife and I have received at BMW of Sarasota. My experience with my salesperson Russell Lee and Sales Manager Emillio Torres and the service team has been outstanding from the very beginning. I walked into the dealership for a used car and met Jas, she was so helpful and patience with us that made felt very welcome because of her we ended with a 2014 for what I was looking to pay for a used car. My friends and family are just so surprised that we could even afford a BMW even so a 2014 but when I explained the purchase and that buying a great car instead of just any car for the same monthly payment they all agreed.
