My wife and I spent 3 weeks looking for a Pre-owned BMW X3 without finding what we wanted near our home in the Orlando area. I found one at BMW of Sarasota on the BMW website. I have done business with Jack Hojnacki for many years over many cars and I have always found him to be both pleasant and highly professional. I have not had much experience with the new owner's business model but, as long as Jack Hojnacki is there, I will return.

This is a highly rated dealership because of the quality staff and hard work to satisfy the customer. Jack Hojnacki understands his buyers because he is an excellent listener to what buyers want and their concerns. They tell you what they can do for you and do not hold back in disclosing anything. When you leave the dealership after buying a car, you do not feel like you have been "beat up" and dragged over the coals.

Every time I go to this dealership I am treated like I am their most important customer. Buying a car is not something I look forward to going out and doing but BMW of Sarasota makes the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. These people are fantastic and I would never consider buying a car from anywhere else. There is never any pressure and never any hassle. I went to many dealships in Sarasota and this by far is the one that stood out. They were more helpful and friendly then any of the others I had visited. I looked at many nice cars but the customer service is what sold me!

BMW of Sarasota has sold and serviced 4 out of 6 BMW's I have enjoyed. My original service advisor was Eric Bacher who always attended to my needs in a very professional and friendly manner. If required, a loaner car was always made available to me and service was always completed and washed as expected. Recently I have been assigned to John Tremblay in service who has equally treated me as if I was his only customer, keeping me informed on the status of my service. For the past several years I have been dealing with BMW of Sarasota. From switchboard to car deliverer I have experienced nothing other than courtesy and friendliness. Repairs are excellent, no need for return and redoing; time schedules are adhered to respecting the customer's time. And the organizing help and assitance we've received in the person of Doug Gibson has been invaluable. In fact he is the reason we decided recently to "go BMW". At age 90 it's invaluable.

The dealership took care of all the outstanding issues with this CPO 650 BMW; I have owned BMW's since 1983; I was considering leaving BMW after all these years for another German vehicle & this dealership won back my allegiance to the BMW product.
