Richard Liammari was our salesman and we were looking for a certain type of car which he found for us. There were a few things wrong with the car and he made sure that they were fixed or replaced. Overall it was a very good buying experience and Richard made the whole transaction painless and stress less. My wife loves the car and we are both very pleased with Richard,the dealership, and the entire experience.

All of the people I have dealt with at BMW have been exceptonal! Ed was very customer service oriented and detailed in talking me through all of the options of my new car, in addition to connecting my Satellite radio and the connection of the BMW Assist Program. Fabio, my sales rep, was and continues to be very customer service oriented. And, Tammy, the Finance Manager was also very friendly and great to work with. All in all - a great team!

I have been leasing BMW's since 1998 and this new lease was by far the best transaction. Care Paige, Client Advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight to the BMW promotions that were available. I felt as though I was the only client and was treated fist class. The delivery of tte 2012 Z4 was a wonderful experience having all options on the car explained in detail so I was ready to drive and enjoy all of the amenitties. We visited BMW of Sarasota and first met John Webb in March 2012 when we were replacing the older of our two Lexus cars with a newer used car. We have been very satisfied owners of Lexus cars since 1994. This year we decided to look at other brands, although we didn't expect to find any that could compete with Lexus high standards of customer service, comfortable ride and luxury amenities. I JUST PURCHASED MY 08 528 from BMW of Sarasota. I must say that working with Philip Boone was a great buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the car and always kept me informed of vehicles that were in my range and expectations. I havent had any problems with the car at this time and would recommend anyone to BMW Sarasota and Mr. Boone.

BMW of Sarasota does with regularity all the things you want to experience when buying a new car or needing service on an older model. They are on time, friendly, explain every detail, and provide the best waiting room in the business. I would recommend all of their services and employees to anyone looking better treatment than they have experienced at other dealerships.

I leased a 2012 BMW two days ago from Stuart. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and fun to work with. Bruno was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this dealership, along with Stuart and Bruno specifically who made this a very pleasant experience.
