I recently purchased my first BMW (truly the ultimate driving machine) and I took it in today for my first service and I needed an alignment. I scheduled my appointment on the great website and it was easy with lots of time slot availability. I was greeted by Kris to begin my service experience and he was awesome! My car was done faster than expected and the service was amazing. I am looking forward to a many happy years with my car being well maintained at this awesome dealership! THANK YOU!

I am from southern California and was up north for a funeral last week. It was Saturday morning at 8:00am and I was gassing up to head home and my tire light came on. I went to across the street to a jiffy lube, to see if they could check it... going to be an hour wait, so I put nearest BMW, in my navigation and it brought me to Niello BMW in Elk Grove.
