Took my M3 in for service and received the best service thanks to my SA Bob Caudle. Got me in the same day and rolling for the Holiday weekend. Turns out that my problem was not covered under warranty but Bob worked with the factory office to make things rights. Love EG BMW!

I purchased a BMW 328I at this location about a month ago from DANNY! He was the most helpful, cooperative, professional and responsive employee of a car dealership that i got the pleasure to give my business to. My brother and i went into the dealership to look for cars and ended up closing a deal the same night while Danny took the time to show me cars throughout the parkinglot and helped me get what i wanted and even more.
