Bad experience with haider karim. Can’t look or in his words “stare at a car” because since he says it’s BMW CERTIFIED then it’s good. We’re not suppose to look at a car we’re trying to buy and take it word on it because is BMW CERTIFIED. Never coming here again. Will resort to driving out of town for a bmw dealership.

I bought a car from Elk grove bmw. The sales department was absolutely great during and after the sale. However I did buy additional insurance from the finance department. I decided to cancel it later, but the service I have been receiving from the finance department is absolutely terrible. They mishandled the reimbursement and delay the process for their own problems. Its going to be almost 3 months since cancellation. Sales is great but the finance department is terrible!
I had a disappointing buying experience at Niello BMW of Elk Grove: Omar Shaw's dishonesty and management's poor customer service resulted in stressful and unpleasant experience. I won't trust this store again & can't recommend to anyone. I came to Niello EG few weeks ago & was greeted by Omar Shaw: I told him that I'm looking to pay $35K cash for 2014-15 X5 and Omar promised to let me know once they have the right model in stock. I took my 2011 BMW 750 Li to get dog light fix and the sunroof, they told me my car has a recall and probably needs a new engine...OK . I leave my car with them to fix it and the new engine wasn't necessary (yet) they change something in the engine and call me to pick up my car, two hours driving the car back to TX, red lights turn on...the car its leaking coolant.
